“Ida Kantong” (alias “Ida Kanton”, “Ida Kantong Ranum”, “Katarina Sofia Kantong”, “Idamarie Liv Ranum“, “Ida Vilai Kantong”,  “Ida Ranum“, “Idamarie Kantong”, “Ida Canton”, “Ida Kantong”, “Ida Vilai” m.fl.), har fortsat brugt mit slægtsnavn “Ranum” efter at hun i september 2018 pludseligt og i hast forlod ægteskab, samliv og sin betroede tillidsposition som “Økonomiansvarlig” i virksomhederne “Ranum Studio ApS” og “Ranum Holding ApS”, medbringende samtlige firmaregnskaber, private regnskaber og papirer.

En efterfølgende vanskelig rekonstruktion og gennemgang af de fjernede regnskaber, dokumenter og korrespondance, har afsløret, at den betydeligt yngre “Ida Kanton” har haft skjulte økonomiske motiver og bagtanker med ægteskabet. I ly af sin betroede administrative tillidsposition og hjulpet af uddannelser indenfor jura og økonomi, har hun, helt fra ægteskabets begyndelse, i det skjulte fokuseret på at opbygge og konsolidere sin egen hemmeligholdte særformue på sin ægtefælles bekostning, ved brug af uredelige, illoyale og beregnende metoder og handlinger, som f.x.:

• langvarig og systematisk økonomisk misinformation og manipulation,
• store uforklarlige pengetransaktioner og dispositioner,
• grove løgne og fortielser om afgørende forhold,
• udnyttelse af advokatfejl til bevidst at forpurre tinglysning af underskreven ægtepagt,
• afgivelse af usande oplysninger i retten under edsanvar,
• uærlighed om egne formueforhold, uddannelser og kompetencer,
• hyppige og pludselige navne- og adresseskift (seneste navneskift til “Ida Kanton”: juni 2021),
• fjernelse og bortskaffelse af vigtige fælles papirer, dokumenter, noter og passwords,
• falske underskrifter og dispositioner uden mandat,
• disrespekt for love, regler og indgåede aftaler,
• vildledende oplysninger til offentlige myndigheder,
• aktiv spekulation i ægtepagt, arv, testamente og pensioner,
• misbrug af betroet stilling og insiderviden,
• uautoriseret privat brug af firma-kreditkort efter ansættelsesophør,
• langtidsplanlægning og bortskaffelse af egne aktiver før bodeling,
• forsøg på afslibning af serienummer på systemnøgler til virksomhederne,
etc. etc….

Med disse metoder, og ved systematisk udnyttelse af ægteskabet og sin betroede tillidsposition, er det lykkedes “Ida Kanton” at franarre og unddrage firmaer og ægtefælle godt 5 millioner kr. netto. Et beløb som hun i det skjulte uretmæssigt har fået snydt sig til kontrol over og slutteligt overført til sin egen eksisterende særformue.

Så den uredelige, beregnende kærlighedssvindler, der senest har skiftet navn til “Ida Kanton”, smykker sig med stjålne fjer, og har ingen hæderlig adkomst til den millionformue hun har løjet og snydt sig til. Hverken aftalt, fortjenstmæssig eller moralsk. Hun har tværtimod underskrevet både ægtepagt og de økonomiske aftaler der var betingelsen for indgåelsen af både ægteskab og samarbejde. Men ved brug af ovennævnte metoder, har hun bedraget sin intetanende ægtefælle – og sine børns far – siden ægteskabets begyndelse. Med et sindrigt spind af løgne, manipulation, gaslighting og falske virkeligheder, fuldstændig blottet for empati og samvittighed.

Summen af ovenstående handlinger kan derfor kun betegnes som et langsigtet planlagt og samvittighedsløst udført golddigger-tyveri.

Den fuldt beviselige og dokumenterede afdækning af de anvendte metoder og den uhæderlige historik har nødvendiggjort følgende disclaimer, som beskyttelse mod fortsat og fremtidig økonomisk udnyttelse, manipulation, usandhed og grænseoverskridende adfærd:

“Ida Kanton” er efter denne dato ikke længere bemyndiget til på nogen måde at handle for, repræsentere, eller at foretage økonomiske og andre dispositioner i undertegnedes eller disse virksomheders navn, herunder at associere nogen form for egen kommerciel lyd-, musik- eller speakervirksomhed med navnene “Jesper Ranum” og “Ranum Studio ApS”.

Ethvert forsøg fra denne på at udnytte, misbruge eller inddrage undertegnedes navn, firmanavne eller goodwill vil straks blive anfægtet,  politianmeldt og gjort til genstand for retslige skridt og erstatningskrav.

Trods talrige opfordringer har “Ida Kanton”, endnu ikke hverken anfægtet, kommenteret eller redegjort for ovenstående forhold, men har tværtimod afvist og forhindret enhver kommunikation herom ved brug af  blokering, navneskifte og stonewalling.

“Ida Kanton” (aka “Ida Kantong Ranum”, “Katarina Sofia Kantong”, “Idamarie Liv Ranum”, “Ida Vilai Kantong”, “Ida Ranum”, “Idamarie Kantong” etc.), has continued to use my family name “Ranum” after she in September 2018 suddenly and hastily left marriage, cohabitation and her trusted position of trust as “Finance Manager” in the companies “Ranum Studio ApS” and “Ranum Holding ApS”, bringing all company accounts, private accounts and papers.

A subsequent difficult and laborious reconstruction and review of the removed accounts, documents and correspondence, has slowly and gradually revealed that the considerably younger “Ida Kanton” has had hidden financial motives and ulterior agendas with the marriage. Under the guise of her trusted administrative position of trust and aided by law and economics education, she has, from the very beginning of her marriage, secretly focused on building and consolidating her own already considerable, secret special fortune at the expense of her spouse, using fraudulent , disloyal and calculating methods and actions, such as:

• prolonged and systematic financial misinformation and manipulation,
• large unexplained money transfers and transactions,
• gross lies and concealments about crucial matters,
• exploitation of silicitor errors to deliberately thwart the registration of a signed marriage contract,
• submission of untrue information in court under oath,
• dishonesty about her own assets, education and competencies,
• frequent and sudden name and address changes (latest name change to “Ida Kanton”: June 2021),
• removal and disposal of important common papers, documents, notes and passwords,
• false signatures and dispositions without a mandate,
• disrespect for laws, rules and agreements entered into,
• misleading information to public authorities,
• active speculation in marriage contracts, inheritances, wills and pensions,
• abuse of a trusted position and insider knowledge,
• unauthorized private use of company credit cards after termination of employment,
• long-term planning and disposal of own assets before division of property,
• attempts to polish serial numbers on system keys for companies,
etc. etc….

With these methods, and by systematically exploiting the marriage and her trusted position, “Ida Kanton” has managed to deceive and evade companies and spouses just over DKK 5 million net. An amount which she has secretly unjustifiably been deceived into controlling and finally transferred to her own existing special assets.

But the dishonest love scammer, who has recently changed her name to “Ida Kanton”, adorns herself with stolen feathers, and has no honorable access to the million fortune she has lied and cheated on. Neither agreed, meritorious nor moral. On the contrary, she has signed both the marriage contract and the financial agreements that were the condition for entering into both marriage and cooperation. But by exploiting legal errors, her position of trust and legal expertise to secretly thwart vital registration, she has deceived her unsuspecting husband – and the father of her children – since the beginning of the marriage. With an ingenious web of lies, manipulation and false realities.

The sum of the above actions can therefore only be described as a carefully planned and unscrupulous gold digger theft of company values, pensions and savings – fruits of another person’s efforts through a working life that began long before “Ida Kanton” was born.

The fully proven and documented coverage of the methods used and the dishonest history have necessitated the following disclaims, such as protection against continued and future economic exploitation, manipulation, untruths and cross-border behavior:

Any financial or other disposition made in the future by “Ida Kanton” (or “Ida Kantong Ranum”, “Ida Ranum”, “Idamarie Liv Ranum” and other of her many used alternative names and name combinations with or without my family name) is not in any way related to the undersigned, and thus stands solely at its own expense and risk.

Furthermore, all credit cards, proxies, internet accounts, power of attorney, customer cards, benefits, privileges and administrator and disposition rights granted to my former spouse, both privately and in her capacity as a trusted employee, accountant and finance manager in the companies “Ranum Studio ApS ”and“ Ranum Holding ApS ”, immediately canceled and revoked with effect from 21.9.2018.

After this date, “Ida Kanton” is no longer authorized to act in any way for, represent, or make financial and other dispositions in the name of the undersigned or these companies, including associating any kind of own commercial audio, music or speaker company with the names “Jesper Ranum” and “Ranum Studio ApS”.

Any attempt by her to exploit, abuse or involve the undersigned’s name, company names or goodwill will be challenged immediately, police reported and made the subject of legal action and claims for damages.

Despite numerous requests and invitations, “Ida Kanton” has not yet challenged, commented on or explained the above matters, but on the contrary has rejected and prevented any communication about it using silent treatment, blocking, name change and stonewalling.

This disclaimer is thus based on available and documentable information at the time of conception. Should any new information become apparent or untruths can be documented in the above, the content will be revised accordingly. (Last revision: 03-01-2022).

ด้วยวิธีการเหล่านี้ และการใช้ประโยชน์จากการแต่งงานอย่างเป็นระบบและตำแหน่งที่ไว้วางใจได้ของเธอ “ไอด้า แคนตัน” สามารถหลอกลวงและหลบเลี่ยงบริษัทและคู่สมรสได้เพียง 5 ล้าน DKK สุทธิ จำนวนเงินที่เธอแอบหลอกลวงอย่างไม่ยุติธรรมให้มีอำนาจควบคุมและในที่สุดก็โอนไปยังทรัพย์สินพิเศษที่มีอยู่ของเธอเอง

แต่จอมหลอกลวงผู้ไม่ซื่อสัตย์และรักที่หลอกลวง ซึ่งเพิ่งเปลี่ยนชื่อเป็น “ไอด้า คันทอน” ประดับตัวด้วยขนนกที่ถูกขโมยมา และไม่มีสิทธิ์เข้าถึงโชคลาภนับล้านที่เธอโกหกและโกง ไม่เห็นด้วยมีคุณธรรมหรือศีลธรรม ตรงกันข้าม เธอได้ลงนามในสัญญาการแต่งงานและข้อตกลงทางการเงินที่เป็นเงื่อนไขสำหรับการสิ้นสุดของการแต่งงานและความร่วมมือ แต่ด้วยการใช้ประโยชน์จากข้อผิดพลาดทางกฎหมาย จุดยืนของความไว้วางใจและความเชี่ยวชาญทางกฎหมายของเธอในการขัดขวางการจดทะเบียนที่สำคัญ เธอได้หลอกลวงสามีที่ไม่สงสัยของเธอ – และพ่อของลูกของเธอ – ตั้งแต่เริ่มต้นการแต่งงาน ด้วยเว็บอันชาญฉลาดของการโกหก การบิดเบือน และความเป็นจริงเท็จ

ความครอบคลุมที่ได้รับการพิสูจน์และจัดทำเป็นเอกสารของวิธีการที่ใช้และประวัติที่ไม่ซื่อสัตย์จำเป็นต้องมีการปฏิเสธความรับผิดดังต่อไปนี้ เช่น การป้องกันต่อการแสวงหาประโยชน์ทางเศรษฐกิจอย่างต่อเนื่องและในอนาคต การยักย้ายถ่ายเท ความไม่เป็นความจริง และพฤติกรรมข้ามพรมแดน:

การจำหน่ายทางการเงินหรืออื่นๆ ที่เกิดขึ้นในอนาคตโดย “ไอด้า คันโตน” (หรือ “ไอด้า กันตง ระนุม”, “ไอด้า รานุม”, “ไอดามารี ลิฟ รานุม” และอีกหลายๆ ชื่อที่ใช้แทนกันและชื่อที่มีหรือไม่มีนามสกุลของฉัน) ไม่เกี่ยวข้องกับผู้ลงนามข้างท้ายในทางใด ๆ และด้วยเหตุนี้จึงต้องรับผิดชอบค่าใช้จ่ายและความเสี่ยงของตนเองแต่เพียงผู้เดียว

นอกจากนี้ บัตรเครดิต ผู้รับมอบฉันทะ บัญชีอินเทอร์เน็ต หนังสือมอบอำนาจ บัตรลูกค้า สิทธิประโยชน์ สิทธิพิเศษ และสิทธิ์ในการจัดการและจำหน่ายให้กับอดีตคู่สมรสของฉัน ทั้งส่วนตัวและในฐานะที่เป็นพนักงานที่เชื่อถือได้ นักบัญชี และผู้จัดการฝ่ายการเงินในบริษัท “ Ranum Studio ApS ” และ“ Ranum Holding ApS ” ยกเลิกและเพิกถอนทันทีโดยมีผลตั้งแต่ 21.9.2018

หลังจากวันที่นี้ “ไอด้า แคนตัน” จะไม่ได้รับอนุญาตให้ดำเนินการใดๆ เพื่อ เป็นตัวแทน หรือจัดการทางการเงินและอื่นๆ ในนามของผู้ลงนามข้างใต้หรือบริษัทเหล่านี้อีกต่อไป รวมถึงการเชื่อมโยงกับบริษัทด้านเสียง เพลง หรือวิทยากรในเชิงพาณิชย์ใดๆ ก็ตาม ด้วยชื่อ “Jesper Ranum” และ “Ranum Studio ApS”

ความพยายามใดๆ ของเขาในการหาประโยชน์ ใช้ในทางที่ผิด หรือเกี่ยวข้องกับชื่อของผู้ลงนามข้างใต้ ชื่อบริษัท หรือค่าความนิยมจะถูกคัดค้านทันที ให้รายงานต่อตำรวจและดำเนินคดีตามกฎหมายและเรียกร้องค่าเสียหาย

แม้จะมีการเรียกร้องหลายครั้ง “ไอด้า คันตอน” ยังไม่ได้ท้าทาย แสดงความคิดเห็นหรืออธิบายเรื่องข้างต้น แต่ในทางกลับกัน ได้ปฏิเสธและป้องกันการสื่อสารใดๆ เกี่ยวกับเรื่องนี้โดยใช้การนิ่งเงียบ การปิดกั้น การเปลี่ยนชื่อ และการสกัดกั้น

ข้อจำกัดความรับผิดชอบนี้จึงขึ้นอยู่กับข้อมูลที่มีอยู่และเป็นเอกสารในขณะที่คิด หากมีข้อมูลใหม่ปรากฏให้เห็นหรือสามารถบันทึกเป็นเอกสารข้างต้นได้ เนื้อหาจะได้รับการแก้ไขตามนั้น (ล่าสุด: 09-06-2021).
