Whale Song for Greenpeace

My song “Whale Song” was recorded and included on the 2nd DéFilm album, and became probably the most succesful track from that album.

I play all keys, and sing the backing vocals on the album version, although I officially had left the band by the time of the release. I also did not appear in the TV appearances for the album, where Jan Langhoff substituted with playback keyboard parts.

A natural home

The song somehow found its way to the ears of the German Greenpeace branch, who officially used the song for a while, to reinforce their efforts to spread awareness of the whale problems.
