INFINITY:: AGITATORS :: THE FASHION SHOW

A UNIQUE FASHION SHOW

Dynamic, algorithmic short story

by Jesper Ranum

Piazza di Spagna, Rome,
early Saturday evening.
Legendary Fashion createur,
Estee
Lauder,
shows the spring collection.

The psychotic
veteran DJ
warms up with
a Japanese interpretation of
“Can’t buy me love”
made with a cracked copy of Cubase

An Apple logo spins around in
the red, smoke-filled background.
As the catwalk lights red
a giant ball is lowered with projections of
an erotic scene with Barbie and Ken,
with censorship bars.

The catwalk is on fire
instantly when
Charlotte
Killeye -
a
73 year old
fragile
but
has-been
french
escort -
raises some eyebrows
sporting
a Heavy Metal inspired
red
rhinestone-covered
sweatshirt and baggy jeans mix,
complete with
uneven
bowling shoes
and
a weird
sombrero.

An umbrella
and
an umbrella
rounds off the
irresistable
look.

The once huge
judges
have a heated argument and
a has-been fashion icon
talks about charity.
