INFINITY:: AGITATORS :: THE FASHION SHOW

A UNIQUE FASHION SHOW

Dynamic, algorithmic short story

by Jesper Ranum

Fifth Avenue, New York,
20:00 Friday.
The incredibly hip Fashion brand,
Giorgio
Lagerfeld,
has launched a new collection.

The once huge
veteran DJ
launches the event by playing
a Russian adaptation of
“Take the A-Train”
from the one-off custom vinyl bag.

The red pin spots interact perfectly with
the dark, blue ambience.
We see an impressive white laser sweep as
the large video carpet displays
an erotic scene with Barbie and Ken,
with superimposed Anti-War messages.

The catwalk is on fire
when the notorious
Pernille
Shotcum -
a
47 year old
robust
but
somewhat nervous
indian
groupie -
jumps on stage
sporting
a Punk influenced
red
ornamented
diving suit,
and
primitive
slippers
and
a haute couture
sixpence.

A John Lennon album
and
a hairflower
beautifully consolidates the
flamboyant
appearance.

The wannabe
critics
retire to vote and
last year’s winner
talks about charity.
